Second Graders Community Service Project
with the
Pulaski
County Humane Society
Students from Mrs. Litton and Ms. McDowell’s second grade classrooms at Southern Elementary recently completed a Community Service Project by donating over $250.00 to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
Students participated in the advertising area by constructing posters that informed others of the local pet adoption day.
They designed their own coin collectors, and researched the PCHS web-site (http://pulaskicountyhumanesociety) during a visit from the local PCHS president, Melody Kretzschmer.
