September Adult of the Month winner for Loyalty: Kathy Randolph

Mrs. Kathy Randolph has worked at SES for many years, and she started her career here as a kindergarten aide. After several years in kindergarten, she asked to be transferred to an upper grade, where being an aide wouldn't be so physically challenging, etc. and she was a 2nd grade aide for several years. This year, due to budget cuts, some aides were let go and others were moved around and re-assigned duties. Kathy was moved back to kindergarten, and (much to my good fortune) she became my aide. While others might have been bitter about being moved into a position they'd rather not have, Kathy was very gracious and remarked that she was simply happy to have a job at our school. Kathy has shown tremendous loyalty to our school by not complaining about being placed where she was now needed. She daily shows loyalty to our school by being a wonderful help to me, and a kind and giving teacher to the children. Kathy's positive attitude and the great job she's doing in her new position at SES is the perfect example of a person who is loyal to their school.

September Student of the Month winner for Loyalty: Taylor Dalrymple

Taylor is a caring and loyal friend. When a friend needs something, help or supplies, Taylor always makes sure that his friends are taken care of. He is a very caring friend to the fellow students in his class.

Taylor demonstrates his loyalty everyday. When one is a loyal friend, it teaches others to be loyal and Taylor is a good example and role model for other children.
